New DVD title ‘Type 2 Diabetes’ released

In partnership with Diabetes Australia Victoria, RealTime Health has produced a new Speaking From Experience title to add to the extensive online video library and DVD collection.

Approximately 85 per cent of people with diabetes have Type 2, which usually develops in adults over the age of 45 years but is increasingly occurring at a younger age. It is more likely in people with a family history of type 2 diabetes or from particular ethnic backgrounds.

This Speaking From Experience Type 2 diabetes DVD offers firsthand accounts from seven people living with Type 2 diabetes. They discuss the impact that Type 2 diabetes has had on their lives.
